Our charming historic, two story, two bedroom cottage and large garden is fully furnished and self catering, available for year round holiday and vacation rental located in the pastoral countryside of the Côte d'Or, Burgundy, France, on the quiet banks of the Armançon river in the beautiful and friendly, medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois.

The cottage is a storybook example of medieval architecture, made from local stone and oak beam construction. The interior has been recently renovated by local artisans and decorated to expose many of the original architectural details. Some of the interior stone walls, stone supports and oak beams and original 400 year old staircase have been uncovered. Natural materials, warm colors and colorful vintage fabrics are used throughout the cottage providing a comfortable, cozy home away from home. Sit back and relax from our tranquil riverside cottage and enjoy spectacular close-up views of Semur-en-Auxois. Located just below the city walls at the Impasse du Pont Pinard, easy walking distance to the friendly town centre.
